At Wave Rug, we are committed to delivering our premium rugs to your home as quickly and safely as possible. This website is operated by MyHazelHome Inc.

1. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all eligible orders. No minimum purchase is required, and there are no hidden fees at checkout.

2. Shipping Regions (Important)

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States.

We DO NOT ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • U.S. Territories (including Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.).
  • P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses (due to the size of our rug products).
  • International destinations outside of the United States.

If an order is placed with a shipping address in any of the restricted regions above, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Since rugs are oversized items, they will typically be delivered via ground shipping.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our rugs. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Please inspect the packaging upon delivery.
  • If you notice any visible damage to the outer wrap, take photos immediately.
  • Contact us at customerservice@waverug.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can process a claim and send a replacement.

6. Large Item Delivery

Please be aware that large rugs can be heavy. Carriers will typically leave the package at your front door, porch, or driveway. For oversized rugs, we recommend having someone available to help you move the item into your home.

7. Address Changes

We can only change your shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot redirect the package.
